Only true Christians can answer this and convince whoever wants to know but as for churchgoers they have no idea in fact the Hebrew word SHEOL and it's Greek equivalent HADES translated HELL has a totally different meaning from what the churches are telling people because Hell simply means the grave and both the good and bad goes there.
So when you now ask a Churchgoer what will happen to nice and sincere people who can't believe in Jesus since they are not rased as Christians the Churchgoer will be lost in thought as they don't know what Christianity in itself stands for!😟

You don't understand what Paul is saying!

God's judgement is only for people who don't OBEY God's commandments not people who lived by conscience because that's what they know! Romans 2:14-15

So the judgment of people who don't know God's laws or His word is not within our grasp because they don't know the basis for their being judged!

Believing in Jesus is part of God's law.
So whoever refuse to believe in Jesus is no longer a worshiper of God. God's law says after Moses has given the Israelites the commandments in later times God will raise another prophet like Moses for the Israelites and whoever refuse to obey that prophet will be cut off from the list in God's memory book! Deuteronomy 18:18-19
Therefore believing in Jesus is included in the worship of the true God but when people don't know the true Christians or are not convinced to see the light there is no way they can believe what is not clear to them.

It's only those that are lead by the holy spirit that are the children of God,you will know them by the fruit of the holy spirit, all others will go to hell
God no longer accept the righteousness of those who don't believe in Jesus, that time is not now, now is not the time of the law but grace, the condition of grace is that you most believe in Jesus Christ to receive salvation that you don't deserve, then live a holy and righteous lives to escape hell
