Sure, which is why I said what I said. The igbos heavily celebrate the killings perpetrated by Ipobs both on the streets of SE and on various social media platforms and this is what I often tell people each time they tend to be sentimental and say things like “why do the Nigerian military tackle insurgency differently in SE and the North?”
The answer to that question is that Northerners don’t gloat over the killings of the Nigerian military personnel killed by insurgents but our Igbo brothers are fond of doing just that—you see them jubilating both online and offline on the streets of SE and what they fail to understand is that this silly action makes the military see everyone as being complicit and you know Insurgence warfare is very hard to tackle especially when insurgents are living in the midst of civilians and this becomes even harder when the locals are openly supporting them—everyone would be seen as a potential threat, soldiers would have a hard time knowing who is who. This was the exact problem faced by the US military in Afghanistan as Taliban was not written on the foreheads and even though everyone wasn’t Taliban, the vast majority of Afghans were sentimental to their cause. You simply don’t know who is who.

have you noticed that there is no protest anywhere telling Hamas to accept the peace plan? The world has finally lost it voice. No pressure from the Arab world, Europe or America for Hamas to accept the peace plan, not even from the yeye countries that recognized Palestine.
