Too much salt ain't healthy to our cellular organs.We must be careful as Africans, when it comes to our salt intake.Our body tend to be sensitive. The man in the picture looks fat or overweight, always cut the food portion and exercise regularly.Stop paying money to pastors to pray for you to have a long life.Rather invest the money and time on buying better walking/running shoes, spending time in the gym, listening to health and fitness related podcast and videos.So many have slump and died this year and one thing most have in common is that,they are often fat or overweight.lt could happen to smaller people as well.A fat person that trains consistently is metabolically healthier than a slim person that doesn't. 3 Likes |

fabolouz1:There's nothing like blessing there. The body is an engine that needs a proper service history to continue functioning optimally. Anything otherwise, it'll fail and fall flat just like any other engine. Nigerians won't realize how much they've taken their healths for granted and left it at the mercy of fate until 50yrs later. The world has moved on and left Nigerians behind. Let's continue living life anyhow and expecting miracles to happen. We'll either learn in this life, or we rest in peace like the man above.
