Naturally, women add weight after giving birth.

Married women should go to gym for what? Who do they want to attract grin

You can say just normal juggin, but not everyone have that energy
They need to look attractive for their husbands before he starts dating one beautiful young Xhosa or Zulu woman like samantha125.

It's always best you stay shapely after marriage lest your husband stated misbehaving.

If that's what you guys call nyash when you speak of SA women, then I give up... You guys are free to have such ladies in abundance... grin grin grin

They still have yansh but they are now chopping.

They are in JB and I'm sure not all their food is Nigerian.

There's nothing wrong with admitting to the fact that you guys have a specific type here in SA.

I mean, they do look very beautiful, I now see why you guys brag about them... grin grin grin
legitnow1:
Well, age is a factor and not all are that fat.

The younger one are not that fat.

A woman body has mpore fat than muscle, if u let it go, u will struggle to recover it, not so easy.

Don't use alternate accounts to access Nairaland after being banned. If you do, make sure we don't find out.

Samantha125:
But it seems like majority of the time you guys settle with bigger(fat) SA ladies with less arsenals... Only one lady is of average weight in the above video.

It's not about keeping flat tummies, but about the type of everyday diet that we consume... I've noticed how most of your food are soaked in too much oil and some of your people even consider our food as mere snacks rather than solid food.
Lolzz... you're right about the differences in our staple foods being a major contributor to the body structure differences.

As long as they're living in their husbands' country like it should be, we're happy for them.

But why does it seem like almost all of them are overweight? grin grin grin... Aren't there gyms in Nigeria? grin grin grin... What are you guys feeding them?🤭🤭🤭
They all live there with you in Jozi.

You're not making any sense and didn't you hear the part where they said they adopted the Igbo culture? Meaning they mostly only make Igbo meals at home.

My sister, you go look tire... grin grin grin... SA men hardly get married outside of their SA culture, only few of them do, even if they stay abroad for a while, chances of them coming back to SA to get married to an SA lady are high... It was only this one guy who made history for being the first SA man to publicly get married to an Igbo girl this year and even today, his identity is still being questioned because people are still in disbelief... grin grin grin... I couldn't believe it either, I had to go and do my own research... grin grin grin

He was even invited to a radio station to come and explain himself together with his Nigerian wife...😂😂😂
Bliss4Lyfe:
I assume they have thought these SA women how to be loud too grin grin

They all seem happy though.

I will start looking for Nigeria women married to SA men next, i'm sure i saw that somewhere here.

Everyday diets does determine if a person gets overweight or not.....but why making palm oil the main culprit?. undecided .
Re: Meet The Igbo Queens Of South Africa by Samantha125(f): 3:59pm On Oct 04, 2025
You won't see anything wrong with them because they're your native food and you're accustomed to them, which is understandable.

But whenever I see them, I always get amazed at the amount of oil you guys are consuming... How many litres of oil do you buy in a month?

An average black south African guy is not good looking. Protruding forehead an all..an very lazy..so chances of them dating/marrying a foreigner is slim( I mean a good looking one, that will be likened to hitting a jackpot grin) Reason they settle for their country women who'll just accept them as they are….of course if they don't take them who will?...your women are pretty though

In fact, they should be thanking God I'm not on any other social media platform apart from nairaland because I was going to post that video there, I can already imagine the comments from my fellow South Africans on both TikTok and X... grin grin grin... It was gonna be lit...🤣🤣🤣
