Even the current Governor of Anambra state Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo confirmed it. How poverty increased under his administration and how he invested state funds into businesses that ran at a loss.

In the history of Governorship election in Nigeria since 1999, Obi received the least number of votes to become a Governor in 2010, as a second term Governor, scoring only 97,833.

I have never seen anyone becoming a second term Governor with such number of votes.
