One thing that media hasn't really covered indepth is the growing schism between the military leadership and political leadership of israel...the idf heads had repeatedly told netanyahu that defeating Hamas was impossible, but he ignored and pressed on. Apart from that, there's a growing number of conscientious objectors as well as a growing suicide rate in the soldiers' ranks that they're blaming on netanyahu and co

This is coupled with the fact that the US is evermore struggling to cope with its debt burden and continuous funding for the genocide, along with Ukraine. Plus the political pressure from both sides of the aisle i.e. the left and right who are growing more and more frustrated with the war(genocide), means there's pressure on Trump to rein in netanyahu, or at least hands off israel

Turkey is unique in that the forces within the country won't allow it to swing one way or the other and that explains why they're two faced a lot of the time. On one hand, there're forces for more European integration and on the other, forces for Middle East primacy
