Two journalists: Ruth Marcus and Keshia Jang Missing After COCIN Coverage, Arrest Suspected

Information reaching us just now indicates that two of our reporters: Ruth Marcus and Keshia Jang have gone missing .

The duo had gone to the COCIN headquarters in Jos today for the news coverage of the funeral service for the late mother of the APC National Chairman.

It is being alleged that they were arrested by security agents over a video report posted on Jay FM social media handles regarding a face-off involving a cleric and some security agents at the premises of the church.

The management is trying to verify which of the security agencies are holding them and their location

The Management of Jay 101.9. is reiterating that it stands by its posting on the face-off between the clergies and security agents during the funeral service

Two female journalists of Jay FM named RUTH MARCUS & KESHIA JANG were arrested in Jos today by DSS for posting a video where the President of the Church of Christ In Nations(COCIN) was seen being denied entry into the venue of the funeral service of APC National Chairman's Late mother. The pastor was seen Challenging the DSS and expressing his disappointment for refusing to let him enter his own Church.
But why will a Pastor be denied access into his own Church because the President of Nigeria came. The whereabout of the two journalists is unknown since morning.

There's really a huge big difference between the north and south, seriously......in the south,we have journalists like toolz and toke makinwa,etc while in the north,they seem to have sister Deborah as their journalists or oaps.

Without bias, virtually everyone knows that headline is quite inciteful towards violence.

Even this Nairaland topic too is misleading, they weren't arrested for "posting" a video, they were most likely arrested for using that headline on the video they posted. Without watching any video, we all know why they were arrested which is the headline to their post.
