I'll create state autonomy. AKA restructure Nigeria. Or if possible, move away from a presidential system, and move to having MPs and a prime minister instead. |

The only things that can be fixed in one week are things that can be implemented by executive order/decree only. |

madridguy:Do you have an idea of the cost implications of what you just said? In as much as you want free education for the people, you should do us well by telling us how you want to source the money for such. |

helinues:In one week o. It's a silly question we were almost always asked everywhere back then when we were younger. With my experiences today, if I were to answer that question, even NL bot go attack me as my own goal is to use that one week to get more weeks and instill the fear of my reforms in everything under the sun. Many people guilty of harming the nation in my book will be made to disappear. |

I love this thread, and I’ll be following the comments as they start coming in. Meanwhile, I think the current government is making an effort. Corruption in Nigeria is a systemic issue, and I honestly wish there were an antidote to wipe out this poison—it has eaten deep into us as a people, both the citizens and our leaders alike. |

What significant change can Nigerian make in one week🤔 If we say education, how will it be subsidized and how am I sure it’s going to be quality? If I decide electricity, do we have the facilities to do that, now that our national grid is more fragile than hem hem…. 😷 Reduce prices of goods, can we change that without it affecting other sectors or the economic sectors. Before making any decisions, I’ll think about it first and not rush into conclusions. I think one week is not enough cos I’ll also want to enjoy the luxury😝 When Mr presido made the decision to remove subsidy, he though it was the best but we’re still facing it. So I wouldn’t want to make any choice that after I’ve left will affect the country drastically. And I’ll also travel to Paris for 3 days vac😜 |

Since 1999, no leader has champion education as Tinubu. During his era in Lagos State governor, he built new classrooms and pay for both junior and senior WAEC examinations. As the president of Nigeria, he introduced education loan for university students. Mrfixitt: |

I'd ask all borders to be shut against our corrupt politicians and ask immigration to be on the look out for those who may wish to flee. I'll start picking them one after the other and ask them to vomit all they've stolen within 4 weeks or risk life jail. I'll write to the west to produce their property and investments with their foreign accounts or I tag them enemy of Nigeria if they fail to do so. Im sure they'd comply. Id declare a state of emergency on our health sector and education and fix that immediately Other policies will now follow. |

If the leaders can stop allocating 100 naira for a project of 1 naira, believe me we will have money to fund free education. Tareq1105: |
