Get ewe efinrin (scent leaf), squeeze it,the water that comes out of it put it inside it,it'll dry up then add original honey, you won't experience it again. Don't waste your money on hospital forms or treatment. It's a simple home natural remedy. Regarding any Health Issues, anyone reading this can reach me via my signature below |

DHaran:Here is what I did 1. Get Itraconazole. Take a capsule twice daily for two weeks, or if it is really stubborn, take it twice a day for a week, then repeat every 3 weeks up to a total of 4 times Or take it twice daily for a month (again if extra stubborn). 2.Get clotrimazole cream or miconazole...or even ketoconazole...apply on the spot twice daily 3.Keep your feet DRY. You may need to forgo socks and wear sandals while the treatment lasts For God's sake don't use methylated spirit or hydrogen peroxide...it will make matters worse. |

Segzy19:True that...but the problem with your average nigerian hospital...is that they are usually on clinic days, especially around the general outpatients...overcrowded, people have to wait a long time, and if you have a job...it might not be practical to wait. And then they close by six pm...at least the government ones. (Some private ones are open 24/7...but if you want to skip the queues..it means early in the morning or very late at night...lol.) |

DHaran:When I had this, I tried virtually every medical solution and it remained stubborn. What cured it was unconventional stuff someone told me jokingly. boil clean water, mix it with some cold water to make a slightly hot water, pour enough hypo inside and insert your leg inside and use hand to wash the affected part with the hot water mixed with hypo. After pour some undiluted hypo on the affected part and allow it to dry there. If the above doesn't work try Nixoderm cream after washing the affected area with warm water mixed with detol |

Lots of stupid advisers. Odi egwu. Bobo. Get yourself warm water in a baff or bucket and add lots of salt. Normal salt. Add venigar if you get. But lots of salt alone is enough. Soak your feet in it for at least 30 mins to 1 hr. Repeat daily and watch improvement |

Discountsempai:Here is your answer. Number 2 is your cure. Keep dry in 24 hours except application of the antifungal cream. Don't wear shoes for now to heal faster. |

favour32:Itraconazole works...and in my opinion it made it go faster. (It's also the standard treatment. I should know, I am a doctor after all). It's also as OP says, a severe case, not a mild one, so he needs both the itraconazole AND an antifungal cream Terbinafine can be used in place of itraconazole as well |

SisterAnn:No athlete's foot doesn't smell that way. Maybe I'm wrong cos I had it one time on my right smallest toe. I had reduced wearing shoes for long and till now I still don't wear stockings but it never stank. I have a friend from childhood back in my hometown who has stinking feet. He sweats so much and his palms and feet are always sweaty and wet. So his feet gives that foul odour when he's wearing closed shoes and stockings no matter the duration he does. |

Use purit or detol . Apply it regularly on it and it will go. Or use palm oil and salt. ( But it's a special palm oil) |

| Re: Stubborn Athletes Foot, How To Get Rid Of It. by Discountsempai: 3:15pm On Oct 05, 2025 |
tammie24:I had a fracture several years ago. TO treat am at proper hospital cost money...I even had to ask for help from family self. But I got better treatment in the end. I could have gone to bone setter, and ended up with issues in the fracture later on. For health, it is better to spend money...plus if he is on NHIA/NIHS/PHIS...the cost falls drastically. |

All you need is hot water or something hot to burn that part. Morning & Evening for 4 to 5 days and that's the end |

Please invest in stockings. And use hot water to wash it plus hit iron. Use antifungal cream yo support it. It will reduce but it will never go. |
