That area has been up scale in terms property and luxurious buildings as far back as mid 90s. It can rival any parts of Lagos in terms of residential up end luxuries.

That's exactly why Scott Iguma is fighting these criminals in the real estate industry. Nigerians are very greedy people. Developers and realtors are busy rocketing the prices of landed properties because they expect Nigerians in diaspora to buy them. The desperation of Nigerians in diaspora is fueling these insane property prices.

My dad's land at Anthony Close Eleyele over 600m² with an old house on it is valued at #80m currently because it's beside the road and mad development is ongoing in the area. Eleyele of all places o. Where he wan see land for Jericho for #50m?

Your camera didn't try. Kolapo Ishola is far more beautiful that what is presented here. You should have done better by showing the streets, entrance gate and better picture of the beautiful environment.

Kolapo Ishola is a nice area but I think Aerodome GRA make sense pass am.

Well I know Ibadan could be really expensive, depending on where you're planning to live. Those calling it brown roof, even they know that the level of development in Ibadan is more than that of their state, they're just trying to yab Ibadan people, mostly Igbos 😂😂😂

Devoid of the normal brown zinc roof Ibadan is known for.
