How can a building be worth 300 million naira

Thats 150 000 pounds, you can go to the south east of the UK and buy a property there and you will get more rental yield value than anything Kolapo Ishola has to offer

isn't it the pictures of the estate I'm seeing thst look basic? Anybody can call any price for their lands but whether it will be bought for such price is the question.

In lekki and ikoyi there are some listing going for ridiculous and obnoxious prices obviously nobody go near them. All abandoned properties for years still unsold.

Kolapo Ishola Estate is beautiful no doubt. But, #400m per plot in Kolapo is a fiction. 50meter will get you a plot there.

Abeg no call am dull. Not a lot of people within Ibadan sabi Ibadan well.

But Aerodome make sense pass Kolapo Ishola like you said. There is even one smaller estate wey beat all of those estates combined, na Lere Adigun GRA. I like how the design be for that estate and how they mirror USA standard.

Plus Jericho/Idi Ishin, Agodi and Iyaganku. More natural environments, less concrete.

Nothing like exaggeration in that extimation, my church is very close to aerodrome and if you don't have nothing less than 200-250million per plot no deal,this is old airport converted to estate you can imagine.and for kolapo-ishola estate it's top-notch compare to aerodrome while iyaganku,alalubosa,bodija,oluyole are class on there own.this mention areas are not for the middle class to rent apartments not to talk of buying property.

You only mentioned 10 estates and I can confirm to you that’s all there is as far as estates are involved

And barely 2 ,000 - 5,000 people live in these estates so the next big question is where are the remaining 99 percent of people living in the so called mega city
