It's to replenish energy and keep you going but nowadays we have started abusing it, see youths drinking it with Mama put, even small occasions like naming ceremony you go see fearless, bullet and monster full everywhere. That thing contains some kind concentration of caffeine as I was told by my friend.

All the governors are equally useless. There's no Nigerian state that doesn't have roads like that benin-sapele road. There are death traps like that in all the 36 states.

Let me use this opportunity.
My own problem is that I urinate too much(high frequency).and I always have the feeling to urinate.
Though I have done urine and blood test in which the doctor opine that my blood sugar is normal but Klebsiella sppi[/b]was detected in my urine and I also do scan which point at [b]cystisis.
I used medicine for like ciproflocaxin and another ( xacin like that) for like 3 weeks but the problem still persist I am just afraid it shouldn't be something that can cause serious problems

I don't feel any pain while urinating
I wake up once at night to urinate and I may not wake up sometimes if I slept late

Seeing a few clips of demolitions at trade fair, I am rethinking my support of right to bear arms, cos dead body go surplus - how do you go about demolishing lots of properties which have federal approval but not state approval?

Would it not be better to barricade those premises; until documents has been regurlarised? This is so cruel, especially when these properties are not blocking canals or drainages; why bulldoze over such adminstrative lapse; or even make them pay additional fine sef ontop of regularisation fees.
