This result does not look bad; however, the whole picture and your cardiovascular risk is better assessed when the result is computed with your age, your BP, your diabetic status, your smoking history, your family history, your kidney function level.

Generally speaking, the most important figures in that result are the Total Cholesterol (4.5) and the HDL (1.3). You want the total cholesterol as low as possible (below 5 or if you have a family history below 4) and you want the HDL to be above 1. Check the results from last year for these 2 values and compare to this year's result and that will tell you how well you have done.

You have already made most of the changes needed. Cutting down on unhealthy fats from fried foods, using healthy oils to cook rather saturated and trans fats, fatty red meat, fast foods like burgers. Cutting down on alcohol, not smoking.
Eating adequate fibre, legumes, nuts, avocadoes, salmon, vegetables. Exercising regularly.

The tests I took this year about 12 different blood/urinalysis/stool tests, one chest x-ray, one Abdominal and one ECG.

I used ChatGpt and Google generally to interprete the results and tbey all looked good. I was only concerned about the Lipids profile cos of the Dyslipidemia last year result diagnosed. Overall the lipids profile result this year has improved significantly Sha.

Regular exercising is the only hurdle that's hard for me to climb in the lifestyle changes. I guess I will just have to do something about it before something do me.

I did not say one should not eat red meat but to eat in moderation. I have seen the mountains of meat some people eat in the name of enjoyment and after a while you can't find their neck.

Red meat is nutritious and a great source of protein, iron, Vit B, zinc but should still be taken in moderation in order to maximise the pros and minimise the cons. When you start takings heaps of it, especially the fatty bits, the cons will pile up. Those that feel insulted if every meal of theirs does not include 2 -4 big and fat pieces of meat, each as big as a dumbbell, those are the ones i am talking about.

I'm a trained Architect so I understand town planning and construction ethics but there is the correct way of doing things.
It also irks me when I see environmental abuse.

There must be something tinubu is using to hold all these governors blockus. As dictatorial as buhari was, wike,fayose, and other governors were still attacking him regularly, but I've noticed no governor is attacking tinubu. What are they scared of? He must've threatened them seriously.

It seems your not following the news, some how JAGABAN has shared more money than all previous administrations.
There's been a consistent and massive jump in states monthly allocation since his administration.
How won't the boys be happy...... Nigerian politicians follow the money nah.

The Trade fair market guys are claiming the trade fair belongs to federal government and they are only obliged to obtain approval from the trade fair management board under FG which they duly did. Lagos state government on the other hand claimed they were supposed to still get approval from the state ministry of planning and urban development since the development is happening within Lagos state . It just seem like both parties are interpreting the law to justify their actions and inactions.

I am not an authority on land matters and who should approve what when it comes to federal government property development in a particular state ; but from.what I've read online I think the management of the trade fair market & owners of the buildings should institute an action against the state government.

If not for anything, let the court judgement clear the Grey area on who has a right to approve what in matters involving real estate development involving federal government lands in Lagos state. The judgement can then serve as a precedent in matters like this going forward.

That being said, the decision of the state government to pull down the building without first sealing off the building and calling the trade fair management for diplomatic solution to the approval imbrogilo seems wicked and unjustifiable Sha.

This is what I expected of someone of Wahab's exposure. This is an administrative issue/oversight, not like the Ikota estate with buildings reducing the canals.

Even the Ikota Estate, I saw a video of the supervisory agency offices directly overlooking the estate where the infringements occurred.

The diapora community, who are major investors in lagos real estate are mostly victims of the demolitions, as they tend to depend on 3rd parties who could be either incompetent or dubious to aid the purchase, especially those who live in cities where having a house next to canal or water is actually USP.

I don't think that is enough reason for all the governors to be singing his praises. Something else is surely involved.

Sometimes in a state you have the police in your pocket and you are running your racket. Then you overdo and doj enters. FBI, ATF and all those other alphabet agency. Their wahala is on a higher level.

If you are doing construction it is the LGA that has direct oversight. And you can easily settle the LGA workers.

Then state decides to put spotlight on location and all your dodging paperwork comes back to you.

Chairman, Federal Approval was gotten as it was deemed federal land - state wants them to also get state approval, so demolition is next step? This isn't a case of structural infringement but administrative oversight, resulting to demolition especially when there's perception of targeting a particular tribe is a wrong move.

Majority of Isale Eko should be demolished if we are to consider infringement or restriction of vehicular movements or parking.

It is an NSAID as well. Daily use increases risk of renal impairment.

Away from that, taking Ibuprofen before exercise might increase further injury risk.

If you absolutely have to do it, take the lowest dose possible, and preferably wait until after the exercise to see if you really need it. Also keep a close eye on your renal function and check it a couple of times at least a year.

My advice would be to avoid daily use sha. You can focus your workout on pool exercises and stationary bike exercises that minimise stress on the knee.
