There are deliberate attempts by these ibos to steal, rebrand,and ultimately claim some of Yoruba cultural practices while dubiously presenting same as if they originated from ibo land! For instance, “owambe” instead of "Owanbe". Just so you guys know, the era of liberal tolerance is over in Yoruba land. Culture will never remain the same from generation to generation. Some aspects become stronger and others wane.

It's important to have as many people as possible to practice your culture. That's what will keep it going.
