Rufai Oseni has turned himself into something I am beginning to despise.I later discovered he is a known Peter Obi supporter who despises everything about the current govt and the person of PBAT.I personally, preferred either Osibanjo or Amaechi to emerge as APC flag bearer in 2022,As PBAT emerged as president in 2023 I moved on and i expect Rufai to move on from 2023.

That said, Umahi could have answered the question intelligently by teaching him the ABCs and made it seem like he (Rufai) should have known.

Cost per kilometer can be averaged, note the terrain where the road is passing is fairly similar and the cost variations won't be much. The question is in order.
