What can one reasonably expect from a government that has become notorious for disseminating lies, falsehoods, and propaganda? Since assuming office, this administration’s consistent job has been the implementation of harsh, draconian policies that have inflicted widespread pain, anguish, and hardship on the Nigerian populace. Now, the same government urges citizens to "endure the pain," describing it as a necessary sacrifice a painful but essential economic surgery. One is left to question whether the primary objective of the Tinubu-led APC regime is to govern or merely to perpetuate suffering and inflict pains |

Commentor:I feel its possible for Nigeria to do the single digit inflation. The highest inflation rate is recorded in food stuff. I think the government is trying, the food prices are gradually coming down, at least it is not as it was late last year and early this year. Maybe things may get better. |

Structural Bottlenecks... We going nowhere that's y local raw food is cheap but Maggi, Omo in the shop is at its high as dollar still 1470....the government is just packaging the local food prices with wuruwuru imports to control ground price. You can eat but u can't access other services of the economy. MAYBE IS BECAUSE PETER OBI, ATIKU AND AMAECHI SAID WE ARE HUNGRY, so Tinubu wants to play card by sharing cheap food only... Spits |

Don't worry yourself, Worldbank. The "edit" will take care of that. The inflation rate shall be "brought down" to single-digit before the end of the year.

There’s something wrong with this report; perhaps it’s dated, because I have been tracking Ghana’s inflation since the president assumed power, and I know it’s down to single digit 9.4% by September. |
