Most politicians in the East either openly support Kanu or are not bold enough to condemn him in public, Even Peter Obi was exonerating and defending his activities

The difference is that Ekpa does not have Finnish politicians defending him or acting as his driver or signing a bail on his behalf

Part of my route to / from work na federal road, and Road Safety is always present on that stretch. Dem hold me about 4 months ago on my way to work over my faded number plates, and I used agidi and claimed right insisting there was court order barring them from holding motorists over faded number plates, but it all fell on deaf ears.

Dem enter my passenger seat and directed me to drive my car into the seized car lot, and wrote a fine of 20k for me at their mobile court tent. Funnily. enough, their mobile court was being headed by a lawyer cos he wore legal apparel.

I called a soldier bros who is an oga at the nearby military cantonment, and na hin come physically intervene before dem free me. Even at that, I had to part with 5k because dem say I don enter their book.

Last month, I jejely went to our mechanic village and got the number plate repainted just to avoid their wahala. Our uniformed men on the road no dey obey court orders, so I won't be surprised if policemen go still dey harass and extort motorists over this tinted permit.

Have another girl I follow on IG, and she's house hunting too around Surulere, and the prices are still in that range, although I had a family friend get a place far inside Mowe, for like 500K yearly, 3-bed, but if you're doing within Lagos, the prices would be quite bad.

Main source of worry now are the floods that are creeping into areas that were previously free of such.

Israel failed to destroy Hamas, couldn't release the hostages unilaterally, failed to occupy the Gaza Strip.. What did they achieve apart from killing civilians and children??.
Since 2023, Hamas has always offered to release the hostages in exchange for Israel not entering the Gaza Strip, for Israel to release Palestinian prisoners too.

From the reactions, it is obvious Israel won the battle i.e (civilian casualties) but lost the war.
