did you select the proper reason for travel and Name of the inviting person./company?

i selected family/friend. i fill in all the details, i got the confirmation email that they have recieve my application as well but no second email about the appoinment date yet.

Please can anyone share the link for the new appointment system to book an appointment for visit visa to Germany here?

I am employed not self employed and I am going for trade fair as visitor for three days event.
Please is the document that I circle in the uploaded document necessary as I am not the owner of the company I work with and certainly to get such documents won't be easy in any way.
Please must I submit that with my documents?

Appointment procedure has changed. You now fill a form online and join a waitlist.
