Objectively speaking, I think American combat aircrafts are ahead of their Russian and Chinese counterparts especially in terms of stealth technology. That's the only major edge they have and who knows, it might all be media hype.

They don't have much to lose by exposing other weapons and the MIC dons have mansions and yachts to buy
