So, I have always known that when building storeys, after decking a floor, it is usually left for about a month, before they continue building.

This is what I have always seen, and known.

But I discover that lately, people continue to build immediately after they deck. Is it safe?

I have seen it many times, especially in markets like Alaba, Lagos Island. In less than 2 months, they have finished one floor, and are on another one.

the big problem in nigeria is when you bypass a standard and nothing happens you as an uneducated person - start to look at it as mere english. matters are made worse because you will always find someone who will bypass standard for you
