Do you believe Tinubu has lived up to the promises made back then both as Lagos State Governor and now as President of Nigeria?

Tinubu and Lagos state did not collect any fund from FG when OBJ was president for 8:years, yet he ran Lagos state successfully with recognized LG and other LGs he created. He really tried.
