bamosagie:Recently, I read a Facebook comment where someone stated that in the Urhobo ethnic group, the rule has been changed from affecting the man to affecting the woman, as some wives used it against their husbands. So, this time, the wife has to confess to the husband, else she kpeme. |

fadre5:This has been my bane with the worthless cultural practices we have across the continent. If the practice were so potent, why not deploy it in developing the immediate environment? The education attainment stats in such areas are low, human development indices are abysmal and the people are so primitive. @OP: If your village juju is so powerful, use it to develop drugs to treat tough diseases, use it to develop your village to an enviable status, use it to make your people prosperous. |
| Re: Ibegwu: Wife Infidelity Kills Husband In My Village by Gerrard59(m): 2:50pm On Oct 09, 2025 |
Meedon:See, you can make a whole lot of money if the juju actually works. Develop and package it and sell to the world. There is always this excruciating poverty that is usually associated with areas where such practices are rife. See Haiti vs Barbados. How come such practices are loved and cherished in areas suffering from multidimensional poverty? Can't they use their so-called juju to become prosperous? Use it to win Olympic gold medal? Use it to participate in Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? Use it obtain American visa? Use it to ensure everyone has pipe water to their houses? Use the juju to fight so-called bandits? In fact, use it to detect where these so-called bandits hide. Use your so-called juju to add positive value to your community. Doing CCTV for woman vagina would not add anything worthwhile to your community. If I am not wrong sef, areas where they spend more time CCTV-ing women's vaginas don't progress in the long run. It smacks of laziness on the side of the men. |

Gerrard59:This! I saw a community that bandits raided. And I am thinking, if your jazz is so potent, why not use it to protect yourself, become rich and stuff like that. Like raid CBN, divert funds from FG's account to yours, let the govt make policies favorable to your business / family, control your helpers to give you contracts you don't deserve and other stuff like that. But no, it is policing women's privates and dragging their neighbours to their level. Na wa! |

Meedon:Your ancestors must be jobless for them to sign up to monitoring people's bedroom activities! I'm sure if one investigates one could find many married women who cheat on their husbands without the husbands dying. Such tales are also told in my own village but I know many couples still leaving together even though the wives cheat and birth children with other men yet their husbands are alive. Also, in that same village of yours, I'm sure that there are many men who give head to their wives and are still very much alive! |
