Honestly, Asaba people deserves an apology and at least compensation to the families that were brutalized. An investigation should also be carried out and those who were guilty even if they are dead should be punished. Their names should be struck out and blacklisted.

For many who didn't know what transpired, here is a summary of what happened. However, the resident should keep seeking justice in a legitimate way and shouldn't allow idiots like Kanu or that dwarf to influence them.

"After Biafran troops withdrew, the federal soldiers accused the local Igbo civilian population of collaborating with the rebels. Over several days, the troops carried out house-to-house searches, beating, raping, and summary executions.

On October 7, 1967, Asaba leaders called for a peace ceremony, during which her residents: men, women, and children gathered in the town square dressed in traditional white attire, chanting “One Nigeria!” to demonstrate loyalty to the federation.

Instead of accepting their peace gesture, the soldiers separated men and boys from the women and children, marched them to the nearby Ogbe-Osowa village square, and opened fire, killing hundreds. Estimates range from 500 to over 1,000 people. Many were buried in mass graves." ... Credit Majesty7

The Asagba was deaf and dumb when Ogoni people were making requests over the years for pardon and immortalisation of the Ogoni 9.

This behavior is common in the Niger Delta. Once you do for Itsekiri, Urhobo will demand, then Ijaw will start their own problem. That is what is playing out and that is what you are displaying too.
