They were kidnapped and taken to the forests. This is according to law enforcement official who discovered bus by the roadside.

No contacts have been made from the kidnappers.

Better to stay put for a 100 years and be alive and trying to travel and get kidnapped.

I can't count how many people I know directly or indirectly that have been kidnapped while travelling. A good number of them didn't make out alive. So wch is better, travel and risk dying violently or stay put and probably die peacefully.

I haven't heard where drivers of trailers were kidnapped. They mostly go for passenger buses.

Then even if they attack the trailer and steal the food, at least no life was lost, we only count the financial loss.
