Lolz! If you start correcting people on Nairaland, na you go tire. It irks me too at times. I have been seeing this particular mistake many times but I just overlook it cus I already understand what he or she wanted to say. But, good you corrected it

2. Why in a room by room house?
3. Why does your wife or children need to remind you to pack out of that house for your family safety irrespective of whether the rent remains 8 months or not?
4. Make more money and stop all these embarrassment to your family.

For the man to post this on this forum, he would get another child in such an apartment. He is the problem. I won't judge the landlord. If you are not comfortable somewhere, work hard to either build your own house or rent a better house. If he or anyone can live in such a house for a month or more and not plan exit before the end of the one year or so rent expires, the tenant is the problem and not the landlord. Imagine saying he would have relocated his family to the village if not for bandits, he has no plans for his children.
