I need a person who will create an inventory software from Microsoft. The inventory will be offline. We will need receipt, warebill, proforma, invoices and stock card.

You will design it and do video on how to use for my workers.

You will also teach us how to install it.

You will get 30% payment after showing us that you have started the and get your 70% after full installation.

Sounds more like OP needs a retail management system than just an inventory management system especially as they are talking receipts and pro forma invoice. oSPOS would be my low-entry starting point. Odoo, ERPNEXT, etendo or onfinity for heavyweight stuff

He said from Microsoft maybe he isn't a desktop developer he wasn't specific note that .NET is this the backbone of some Microsoft technologies . I learnt some things about coding C# from India man rajcoolguy99

He said from Microsoft, the best method for such type of application is . NET . Maybe he wants to pay the corporation to build the software for him. Building a Management software isn't that hard with Microsoft .NET.

Yes just Microsoft

The guy is not tech savvy and a fraud. He told me he wanted it done using Excel sheets because Ghana girls don't know how to use the internet. Who believes this kind of talks?

He even said he has one he's paying for already but because the girls are not tech inclined, he resorted for an even simpler model.

That's an assumption. And assumptions make an ASS of U and ME. It's okay to assume that they want a software that will run on windows because they have said Microsoft. But you cannot assume the stack to be .NET. Tons of stack run on Windows so why would you pick .NET. You have to perform requirements gathering first, and only after that can you say that based on the requirements gathered, .NET would be the best fit.

The guy is not being very open then. How are People that are not tech inclined going to be suddenly good at Excel? Sounds like a process/training issue or they hired people with the wrong skillset. Anyone with basic education should be able to easily use a Retail Checkout/Management System. manage inventory on the back office, sell items to customers on the front office
