If there's another stop after agbado train station, that's better for you. If not, stop at Ebute Metta then take a bus at Apapa road Oyingbo to Mile 2 - Okokomaiko. Tell the conductor you're going to Satellite Town, they'll tell you where to stop

Take a bus to Obalende or CMS. At Obalende underbridge, take a bus to Alagbon/Secretariat/Passport office. Alagbon is a bus stop just after the passport office, alight and ask for directions to the police station just along Alagbon Close
