Can you imagine what you are saying? Do you even consider the implications down the road of this action? Don't you see this might make people loose faith in the system and decide to seek self help leading to anarchy? We are talking of premeditated murder, the most that should have been done is to reduce her sentence to life or certain amount of time, not to just free her to go home, how do you thing the family of her murdered husband will feel?
This case is worse that a thief coming to a home robbing and then raping a wife and daughter in front of the husband, few years later you then hear clemency is granted to the armed robber and he is free to walk the streets in the same town as the man who's wife and daughter he raped and robbed.
This imbalance has been happening since gov started granting amnesty to boko haram terrorist who killed families in communities, the murderers are then freed and resettled in the same places where they wiped out entire families. How can a society survive with such injustice?
