Yoruba Leaders Urge Yorubas To Channel Support For Igbo Presidency In 2027 by 1nice(op): 8:36pm On Oct 13, 2025
In a historic and heartening declaration, prominent Yoruba leaders have called on their people to fully embrace and support the Igbo presidency slated for 2027, urging unity and collaboration for the greater good of Nigeria. Rejecting any form of sabotage, these leaders emphasized that the strength of Nigeria lies in its unity and the mutual respect among its diverse ethnic groups.

Addressing a gathering of community stakeholders and youths, the Yoruba leaders passionately appealed to their fellow Yorubas to contribute resources, ideas, and goodwill towards ensuring the success of the Igbo presidency. They stressed that progress in Nigeria is not a zero-sum game but a shared journey where every ethnic group’s victory translates into national development.

“The future of Nigeria depends on us coming together to build a nation where everyone’s aspirations are valued and supported,” said one influential Yoruba elder. “We urge our people to see the Igbo presidency not as a threat but as an opportunity to strengthen our democracy, promote equity, and foster lasting peace.”

The leaders highlighted that collaboration between Yorubas and Igbos has historically fueled economic growth, cultural enrichment, and political stability in Nigeria. They reminded citizens that the vision of a united Nigeria requires all hands on deck—particularly from the largest ethnic groups working in harmony.

“Let us channel our energy and resources towards supporting the Igbo presidency. By doing so, we build a foundation of trust and pave the way for even greater cooperation in the future,” the leaders declared.

This call for unity has already begun inspiring grassroots movements and youth organizations within the Yoruba community, signaling a new era of interethnic cooperation and hope for the nation’s future.

As Nigeria approaches the 2027 elections, this unprecedented show of solidarity promises to deepen democratic values and position Nigeria on a path of inclusive growth and shared prosperity.

Remove this nonsense within the next three market days, if not, you will see the hands of the gods.

Are you saying we should zone the Presidential seat to Peter Obi’s village? Since he ran away from Party Primary in PDP and went to collect ticket without any Primary election in Labourers Party. Why are Igbos afraid of contesting with others. Let Igbos face their fears, if they fail, they will try again another time

Power will shift in 2031 to the North Central which is yet to rule since our return to democracy. In 2031, the President will be a North Central indigene from Kwara or Kogi State with a name like Alhaji Adewale Abdulgafar or Mallam Olayinka Abdullahi. Crying and weeping go plenty for the enemies camp
