Why then did Giringori deliberately omit his purported BSc from UNN but instead submitted only his FSLC with WAEC as his highest academic certificate?

If Giringori is going to be on the ballot in the next elections (which is highly doubtful) , will he still refuse to declare his BSc from UNN and stick to his WAEC?

All you need to become a governor in Nigeria is WAEC certificate. But some over sabi politician that do not have genuine NYSC and university degree will be forging university degree to oppress only to get caught late 😂

INEC does not have the powers to screen or disqualify any candidate

Every aspiring candidate must submit copies of their credentials sworn to in their INEC forms which will be available to anyone to view and scrutinize.

The law simply states applicants must submit their highest academic qualification and same law stipulates waec as the barest minimum requirement .

It does not mean you must submit your least or to declare WAEC only when you have a higher degree.

So why is Obi not declaring his BSc instead of WAEC?

Which will SW president submit. We want the one from his secondary school only.I hope u know FBI/DEA will soon release the information before 2027 elections. Those information must be submitted to INEC this time as obi school is in nigeria. He has class mates
