cancer is real. pancreatic cancer is one of the worst cancers ever and rarely shows symptoms. 90% plus die within one year of diagnosis is it already advanced then.
Annual medical check ups are key from middle age 45years and above
If you are a man check your PSA annually.
A full blood count can be a cheap way to screen for cancers as the platelet count will be higher than normal as cancer cells coat themselves with it to hide from the natural defense system of the body
