It’s important to wash you hands so you’re but exposed to bacteria or germs. Many people have the habit of eating stuff with bare hands after touching danfo bus, holding toilet door handles etc. some de shit no de wash hand.

Covid 19 taught me alot about regular hand washing and up till this moment it's not a habit
