I woke up one morning and saw this on my skin. The pharmacist I went to sid it was airborne disease.
I have taken several antibiotics I even used native treatment and it has refused to go.
Be applying Garlic. Also take atleast 3 bulbs with water after morning and evening meals. You will be fine.

I think I've had something similar to this before, when I was in my 20s, trust me when I said I applied a host of antibacterial and antifungal cream but to no avail, so I left it and after a while it disappeared, I had it around my thigh and elbow area , it used to come and go during that time but it's been over 15 years now and I've not seen it anywhere on my skin..
So let me just implore you to leave it especially after uve tried your hands on many drugs and cream.
Wishing you speedy recovery from the skin disease..

That's one of the sintoms of HIV/AIDS and it appears of on an infected person's body when it's on the last stage. That is point of no return.
No wrong answer, I have that on my leg too, am HIV NEGATIVE, is a very stubborn stuff .

This happened to my 7 year old son, we tried many anti bacteria creams ,it kept reappearing. Until we used "miracle leaf" on it, it disappeared within 7 days till today

Get miracle leaf 🍃, Google it, wash with salt, rinse with clean water, chew 3 to 4 leaves, every day, then take another 2 leaf place it above the flame of your stove or gas burner, it will start juicing it out. Then use the leaf to rub on the surface of the skin issue.. do this daily at night before u sleep

Thank me later.. within. 7 days , that place will not even show sign of any prior skin issue
Exactly. This is the same thing on my skin

Most people see this and instantly think it is fungal or bacterial.

Does it itch when you’re hot or stressed?
Does it feel good when you rub or scratch it?
Does it feel like it’s sensitive to hot water more than the rest of the area?
Is it dry most of the time?

If all these questions are yes, you probably have Lichen Simplex Chronicus. Has no cure but can be managed. It isn’t transmissible by contact and I’m not sure what causes it.

If you confirm this is it, I’ll tell you the proper treatment. No need to add new things to try until you are sure.

I hope you see this sha
it only itches when I scratch it. It doesn't feel sensitive to hot water

Re: Who Knows The Name Of This Skin Disease (graphic Photo) by Sweetcrude19: 11:16am On Sep 16, 2025
Use clotrimazole tube. Before use, use that stone they use to scrub the feet to scrub the affected area, then apply the tube. Thank me latter

It’s still there on my leg, spreading from one spot to another. It’s really painful. I’ve tried many creams, but nothing has worked yet. I’m still looking for a solution, and since some remedies were shared, I’ll give them a try and see how it goes.

Sounds like Ezcema or psoriasis or shingles as someone else mentioned. Also your skin is reacting to something in your environment or diet, my humble opinions.

See a Dermatologist as soon as possible. That looks like Melanoma.

There's nothing airborne about it.
In Nigeria everyone is a medical practitioner.
The Lawlessness & recklessness cuts across every field.

Meanwhile, That's an Impetigo.
It very common, & its contagious by touch.
Ordinarily I don't support online prescriptions but I will renege on such & recommend something.

Go & get Mupirocin cream.
Use it thrice a day. Make sure you clean surface before applying it. Remove yellow crusts from surface before applying cream.
Oral antibiotics are not necessary at all.
That's like using a sledgehammer to maim a fly.
Is that not a type of dry gangrene?

This happened to my wife few years back and spent over 2yrs on her legs. At a time I got really irritated until I forced her to go to general hospital after several medications.
She was prescribed GENEVIN TABLET.
and NEO SKIN. to God be the Glory few days after she saw serious changes and it dried off after about 2weeks.
Bro, thank you so much, you really helped me a lot. I’m taking it step by step because the prescription is a bit strong. The first day I took a full tablet, it really shook me, so now I take half a tablet each week. But it’s really helping, everything is improving quickly.

I also learned that since people have different blood types, it’s best to start small. I just wanted to drop this here to show my appreciation. I had looked for this topic on Nairaland but couldn’t find it, and now I finally did. For anyone trying this, make sure your blood type matches and start with half the tablet to see how it goes. It really works well and has been very effective for me. The cream worked well too!

A spot diagnosis based upon a low resolution photo of this skin change is not reliable here.

A medical management plan in this case should be made based upon a good visual representation alongside a well-taken medical history: i.e an understanding of factors such as whether this is changing over time, when it emerged, what you noticed first, what you do for a living, whether it is associated with other symptoms such as itching/generalised lethargy/pain, amongst other factors. Overall seeking health advice in this forum here may land you with some poor advice leading to overconsumption of unnecessary medications and all the harmful effects that can come with that. A doctor would need to examine this skin change in order to be able to make a sensible medical plan that has your interests at heart.

I sincerely hope that this resolves soon and you have your concerns adequately listened to by a qualified medical practitioner
