Asked in cross examination to clarify who lives in his home the Appellant said that at one time there were about 40 young people. Now there is “about 10” people living there. The Appellant – or rather Mary- provides for all of them. It’s a 4 bedroomed property that she rents in Kingston.

For your information, you cannot hide "expensive properties" with ease while leaving in the UK.

Tobi, who continues to operate under the radar due to his irregular immigration status, could not have bought "properties".
But if he had done so by some stroke of a miracle, this would have been revealed during his immigration appeals.
Properties are difficult to hide because they come with a long paper trail.

Things work differently in the UK. Don't allow yourself to be fooled by the HushPuppi-esque content you see him posting on Instagram.
