AnyanwuSilas:if ipob can seek the face of God and leave idolatry God will sure them mercy and grant them Victory. you can't go to strong man house without face binding him with chains before taking what belongs to you. you have to be strong to defeat Nigeria forces. |

gidgiddy:I think you need to read your terrorism act, from the picture, you can see someone trying to throw something, your definition of unarmed looked more like concealed. A protest can be organised but not using a proscribed terrorist group as a banner. No body is happy when people die, but considering the number of attacks on our military bases and installation, I won't blame the military, besides if its Boko haram, we won't blink am eye. You want to protest, go out and protest as people, acquire the approval for it. Using a proscribed group sends the wrong message. |

"Peaceful" protest for a hate and war monger. The last time we heard the word "Peaceful protest", the nation was almost burnt down. That scam word won't fly anymore, it's stale.......and why is it always the same clowns that use it ![]() |

A thorough search of the crowd will not reveal the presence of Nnamdi Kanu’s wife and children in there! Folks got to be smart and refuse to be led by the nose. |

sparko1:Is there any law, whether in the terrorism act or not, that gives the security forces the right to go and shoot unarmed peaceful people, proscribed or not? We are in a democracy, governed by the rule of law. You see unarmed peaceful people, you go and shoot them dead and say they are proscribed? That is murder Even when IPOB was not proscribed, this is exactly what the security forces did, they would go to where they are protesting and open fire on unarmed people Where in the world does the security open fire on unarmed people that pose no clear and present danger? Even as brutal as war is, it is a war crime for a Soldier to shoot an unarmed enemy Soldier This evil that some Nigerians are supporting now will come back to haunt them because the killing of unarmed protesters by the security forces will not stop with IPOB. The security forces will carry on doing this to protesters, proscribed or not |

gidgiddy:You forget to mention, it didn't just happen, they matched peacefully for a long while until they got to a military barricade, they were asked to leave, but they refused, started throwing stones, and the military responded. One thing people needs to understand is, the only reason military blockage is mounted is when there's a security risk, and military don't use any other weapon, just guns. Once a standing order has been given to a military personnel, do not allow anyone to pass, defying that order is impossible. |

The IPOB members were reportedly protesting against the arrest and detention of their leader, Nnamdi Kanu. Eyewitnesses claim that the security forces opened fire on the protesters, resulting in the death of five individuals and injuring several others. The incident has sparked outrage among IPOB members and sympathizers who are calling for justice for the victims. The Nigerian government has been criticized for its handling of the situation, with many people accusing the security forces of using excessive force. The IPOB is a secessionist group that seeks to establish an independent state for the Igbo people in southeastern Nigeria. The group has been designated a terrorist organization by the Nigerian government, and its leader, Nnamdi Kanu, is currently facing charges of terrorism and treason. ******************************************************************************************** Get FREE bets of 3K every week if you register with 1xbet using the promo code (1x_17402) ******************************************************************************************** The incident highlights the ongoing tensions between the Nigerian government and secessionist groups in the country. It also raises concerns about the use of force by security forces and the need for peaceful resolution of conflicts. |

okeysoninv:IPOB are Zionists, do you know God more than them? People who refer themselves as Ụmụ-Chineke? Majority of IPOB believe they are Jews so they are children of God by faith. So until they start speaking in tongue before you will recognise them as children of God? IPOB don't worship idles so you can't say they are into idolatry. |

JooEeL:Those who chose Peter Obi over kanu never cared for Kanu in the first place. They pretend to support him just for kicks! |

beerfraud:Thats to show you how bad your country is. You went and resurrected an old thread of your security forces shooting dead unarmed protesters because you want to use it to scare those who will protest on 20th October It is good that you did this because it shows the world how rotten and bad the the fabric of the Nigerian society is, and why Nnamdi Kanu was right to seek independence from a country that is irredeemably decayed |
