That money should be expressed in term of ALLocation per capital,by dividing allocation by population. Base on Allocation per capital,LAGOS collects the least allocation and Niger delta state are swimming in money but the Victim Card players will tell you Lagos is under developing other states

Before coming to this conclusion, did you factor in that the USD was pegged by the CBN? There was a clear disparity between the real Dollar value and what the CBN was giving out from the official channels.

The federal government receive all their earning using the CBN official rate and they send the same using the same CBN official rate both In BUhari's regime and Tinubu's regime and that is what I used there to calculate it, are you trying to say the federal government official rate is not valid or was not used by the governments of Buhari and Tinubu for earnings, budgeting and spending?

Nothing warped or magic here. Subsidy money was freed, making more revenue and FAAC available for government and reducing debt on subsidies. We're not borrowing to subsidize again. Simple

No one is saying it is official but the budget is still eventually valued in dollars to know the real value, same way the naira is value in dollars to know its real value even the GDP of Nigeria is valued in dollars to know its real value...

Tell the FG to take away the federal infrastructures that bring the resources in the states. That way we will know what your FG will share.
