Please help me connect this earbud I got recently.. I’ve try everything I know including reading the manual which is not helpful

charge it inside the case it came with, after charged then put it on...put it in your ear and put on the Bluetooth of your phone, it probably uses Bluetooth.. Let the earbud connect to your phone Bluetooth then access and starts enjoying it 😊

Put the buds back in the case.
On the other side of your bluetooth, there should be a round spot, press and hold down that spot for 1 minute then release it.

Bring out your buds and put it in your ears. Then connect to phone. It will work

The problem I’m just having with it is there is no bottom on it

Most earbuds contact for charging is sealed with a thin nylon.
Check the both earbuds and remove the nylon/waterproof seal and return it in the case to charge. There should be light on the case showing that it is charging. You can try it out after a while.
