Just imagine! Like the controversy surrounding the release of hardened unrepentant criminals that the government initially celebrated as achievement, now another unimaginable controversy is setting about a nation's anthem rendition. For goodness sake, these are the necessary things that ought to have been thoroughly reviewed if needed be before the official process of changing a country national anthem be announced. However, as expected of policy somersaults in the the Tinubu's rudderless government, Nigerians & the international community is about to witness another bout of their cluelessness ineptitude and incompetency |

NOA is idle. It is another source of leakage. This agency needs to be scrapped ASAP. |

We would soon be asked to recite it before we sleep at night and when we wake up in the morning. Recite the it before making any comment ![]() Nigeria, we hail thee, Our own dear native land, Though tribe and tongue may differ, In brotherhood we stand Nigerians all, And proud to serve our sovereign Motherland. |

Just like signing the Presidential pardon of hardened armed Robbers, murderers and drug barons without any member of the judiciary or Presidential team thoroughly going through the list. Until after the public outcry before they now looked into it. The highest level of incompetency. ![]() Competency: skills + Experience + knowledge. |

Obidient read what Arthur says below: Billionaire Arthur Eze on why he joined APC and donned PBAT’s cap: "Not only did I wear Tinubu's cap, I also sang his popular mandate song (he smiled) . You see.....Only a fool will not see the economic reformation President Tinubu is driving, and it’s already yielding results. APC is the best party in Nigeria today, and you think I won’t join them? All those useless noisemaker Ekukes are blind. That’s why they believe a man who did absolutely nothing as governor for eight years is better than the man who built Lagos’ economy. If they are fools, I’m not." |

Treasure17:Have started begging for your own water? Because ya'll are shouting "Poverty in the land" as if there was ever a government in the past that Nigerians did not complain of hunger and poverty. |

This is one of the most significant achievement done by this agency rolling out the guidelines to how we could show patriotism and nationalism without religious bigotry. No prayers by a Christian or a Muslim all prayers should be recited through the anthem! |

Create a problem where none exists and start running around trying to fix it. Rinse and repeat. He changed the national anthem on a whim when he was battling self-esteem and to confirm if he was truly the president. Unfortunately, it only reduced patriotism as 90% of citizens cannot recite the colonial national anthem offhand. |
| Re: NOA Issues Guidelines on National Anthem Recitation At Official Events by runningriot: 6:29pm On Oct 18, 2025 |
Racoon:Very apt and precise submission calculated in view of seeing a working Nigeria. The consistent back and front debate and review of government executive orders, appointment and national symbolic changes is becoming unbecoming and making it look as if the country is a Banana Republic. Even though reformation is inevitable but it should not be on the basics. |

Racoon:Finding fault in every single Government's policy is in your blood and that of your likes. They now decided to make it easier, yet you are condemning the idea. Since you have it in mind that you can't see anything good in Tinubu's government, just continue as usual, you will condemn till he ends his presidency. |
