1. Balkanise the country on day one. Everyone who wants to go will be helped to leave immediately.

2. From there, the remaining partners will be organised into true federal entities in every way and tasked with self-governance while the centre will be tasked with the critical functions of overarching economic policy, external security, oversight of internal security in a state-policing model, elections, and critical infrastructure like ports and interstate highways.

3. As one brilliant fellow said up there, legalize marijuana!

Yes o. Nigerians honestly need strong hands to act accordingly. Many drivers will also go to jail.

I'll create state autonomy. AKA restructure Nigeria. Or if possible, move away from a presidential system, and move to having MPs and a prime minister instead.
You're president
Not ⅔ houses of assembly

The only things that can be fixed in one week are things that can be implemented by executive order/decree only.

In one week o.

It's a silly question we were almost always asked everywhere back then when we were younger.

So asking questions is now silly?
Shows your iq level

With my experiences today, if I were to answer that question, even NL bot go attack me as my own goal is to use that one week to get more weeks and instill the fear of my reforms in everything under the sun. Many people guilty of harming the nation in my book will be made to disappear.
so tyranny

OP said 1 week.

There is literally nothing anyone can do in one week and see it to fruition.

So my plan is use my One week to make that declaration.

Which part of this isn’t clear to you?

Of course, the governor will not change. What will change is local pressure. The removal of the national cake and the concentration of power in the hands of the governor will force his own people to demand results. Abuja, as the seat of power, is an abstract concept to most, but when the person responsible for our suffering is a son of the soil, the reaction is bound to be more urgent and more deliberate.
Why haven't you put the local pressure now in the last 65 years what makes you think it will change in the future

A lizard in Nigeria will not become a T-Rex in enugu

Is your governor not a son of the soil
Is your state capital also an abstract concept
How many times have you protested your councillor not even LGA chair just ordinary councillor

Shishi you no go do
Look at many African countries with low population or landmass
