There is no darkness in Kwale

Smh. What sort of foolish news is this
No darkness in Kwale?

Do you even know where Kwale is?

What kinda darkness do you think I was talking about? undecided

I don't know if you're thinking of demons or whatsoever, the darkness I'm talking about is lack of electricity and Kwale doesn't have it for years now. I have friends and some family members living there and I also visit at times.

Verify things before capping nonsense.

One of our problems as Nigerians is tribal sentiments. According to the story, the light issue is said to have been there for the past 16 years, if it is true, and their son Ifeanyi Okowa was in govt for good 8 years nobody protested, nobody called him out, they all supported his aspirations of becoming the VP of Nigeria with their full cheast, it's now it dawned on them that they need light because the Urhobo man in the helm of affairs in the state is supporting the man they love to hate.

And who told you okowa is from ndokwa? Because you have a smart phone does not mean u type rubbish. Have u been to ndokwa land both east and west and see how there is no Little or govt presence? Do u know the amount of oil that is drilled in ndokwa land with nothing to show for it as of today.

The case of Delta is so funny. At least to me. For ages, the poor Deltans have been shouting "Delta na PDP". All of sudden the real guys whose interest are best protected, decide to port to what the foot soldiers have been condemning. Lol.

Most Deltans now look foolish.

Where are the unity begging agbadorians who's new slogan is "We the south will vote Tinubu"? I hope the Southsouthern electorates are aware that they will vote Tinubu? It's 2 years into his tenure, Tinubu is not improving on his popularity, he's retrogressing. Only the politicians are decamping to secure their impending retirement.

Nigeria problem is very easy to solve:
1.Let there be strong unity among Nigerians(shun tribalism).
2.Let Nigerians push for electoral reform laws that will make our elections transparent.let there be death penalty for any INEC official(from INEC Chairman to the least person in the commission) that derail from the electoral reform laws.
3.Let the youths be actively involved in politics,we can challenge the ruling class in the coming election.
4.Citizens must push for working law makers, when there are laws that bounds every Nigerian with automated penalty/watchdog penalty, Nigeria problems will start facing out gradually.
All these are just stories.

All the Tribes needs to go their own ways. This will deter and mark the end of the westerners from interfering into the nations affairs.

This solution is for the youths to mobilize during election and vote for a good and competent presidential candidate into power that will address and tackle all this issues and problems and provide good governance. Our votes is our power..vote for the party like APC and politicians that are bringing poverty, hunger, hardship, inflation, high costs of living, high rate of unemployment, insecurity out of power.. Nigeria youths population is up to 140 million

This poster is a malicious and wicked liar. Ndokwa youths protested because they've not had power for over 20 years despite hosting much of the resources used in supplying power to the rest of the country. Their grievances isn't politically inclined but Tinubu and Obrevwori happen to be Governor and President at the moment. The refusal to power Ndokwa for whatever reason should be reversed cause they are also Nigerians contributing in no small measure to the development of the nation.

So it's true there are paid agents in existence and I just wonder what they stand to gain and you're indeed a paid agent.in 1992/3 there was a protest like this during the military era for lack of electricity in that town utagba- ogbe (KWALE),the military came passing through ozoro from warri/ughelli to asaba and was stopped in kwale, you need to see gunshots that particular year to protesters.Ogume town that used to have light through obiaruku those times is in total darkness the last visited and it's been years. However I noticed that kwale town has improved very well with new roads and structures , businesses seems to be thriving but I didn't not see any electricity.Obasanjo flew in from Abuja to recommission a gas plant in Aboh when he was then the president because of bad road. Politically the Ndokwas had been marginalized for too long and the leaders and okpara-ukus are doing nothing despite being an oil producing town.so! Ki kpuchi onu ni ebenu.

Governor sheriff oborowori is becoming a civilian Dictator in Delta State. He hates anything protest. Yet the things that is making the people to protest is not being addressed....
Peaceful protest is not a crime. When u attack protesters, u re living them with no option but to fight back. I Heard two days after the protest, the police have been going from house to house to arrest individuals that participated in the protest. Is that not provocation?

Youths in Delta State have taken to the streets to destroy all of Tinubu's campaign billboards erected in different parts of the state.
Other politicians whose campaign posters align with Tinubu were not spared either including that the state governor.
The youths remained unfazed despite the presence of heavily armed military personnel in patrol vans, deployed on a mission to disperse them.

Their grievance is connected to the nationwide hardship and suffering as well as the lack of basic infrastructure such as electricity, potable water, and good roads. The youths are angry that after staging a peaceful protest over the absence of electricity in their community for more than 16 years the only response they received from the government was the deployment of heavily armed military officers to silence them rather than addressing the marginalization they have endured for years.
kwale is igbo speaking tribe in delta north. The pains of obi loss is still affecting them. Delta Centra with the highest voting strength are for Tinubu and the governor, same as delta south, Tompolo's senatorial district.

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has begun concrete steps to restore electricity to long-neglected communities in the Ndokwa region.

Speaking on Arise News’ Morning Show, the Commissioner for Works (Rural Roads) and Public Information, Mr. Charles Aniagwu, said the Governor has approved the extension of a 33kV electricity line from Abraka to Ndokwa communities that have been without power for years.

According to him, the project will serve Ogume, Ugiliamai, Umusadege, Utagba-Uno, and Utagba-Ogbe. He disclosed that the contract has been awarded and work has already commenced, assuring residents of visible progress within six months.

Aniagwu described the intervention as a major step in Governor Oborevwori’s commitment to rural development, economic renewal, and equitable access to essential services across Delta State.

As work progresses, the communities of Kwale, Ogume, Ugiliamai, Umusadege, Utagba-Uno, and Utagba-Ogbe can anticipate the revival of local businesses, improved community life, and renewed economic hope.

At last!

If Tinubu did not win his first term, what makes these governors think they won’t be casualties in the next elections by identifying with him?

Ndokwa and that area are Bendel Ndigbo so it is not surprising the pain of the Peter Obí defeat still lingers over there in Delta North.

Between Atiku, Obi and President Tinubu, I think President Tinubu will win South South as a region.

You are a Northerner and are using the words Unity Begging Agbadorians, interesting. Are you as a Northerner not interested in the unity of Nigerians now? You want to bring up Árábà again, that's OK then.

What is the lie, is the area West of the River Niger not an Ndigbo speaking and thinking area again. Kwale, Okpanam, Ogwash, Igbuzor etc.

My personal lord and saviour is not a politician, I also am not APC or a President Tinubu supporter. If he wins South South or loses it to Peter Obí, that is his business.
