On the other hand, the SW isn't cut out for ethic cleansing of that nature. It's not that it can't be done, simply goes against the Yoruba ethos (which Igbo term cowardice)and thus lies the rub.
The igbos shortly after the war realized that Yoruba wasn't cut from the same cloth with Hausawa in respect to dealing decisively with them(culling )and they took full advantage of the somewhat placid and accommodating nature of the Yoruba as their kind are wont to do.
Now it appears that accommodating nature has finally been eroded and teeth are bared.
I sincerely hope and pray we don't go the Hausawa way with them..

But yorubas are winning political positions in other countries how is it an incitement if an Igbo man happens to somehow finds himself as governor of lagos state through a democratic legal process?

After the pogroms and war, the IBO population never recovered .

Outside the north, the present SS also had the second largest population of Ibo settlers.

Their numbers in the SS also never recovered owing to the atrocities committed by Biafran soldiers and ibo civilians on SS indigenes during the occupation of their land in both Biafra and occupied Midwest.

The bad blood between SS and ibos is still very fresh and so Ibos did not return back .

The only natural place was western Nigeria or Ghana.

The Ghanaians foresaw this great exodus and began a major deportation of all Nigerians to forestall Ibos moving into their country.
