Be deceiving yourself, in as much Sahara reporters not trusted, coup planning usually starts from one person, until several people key into it.

The coup might still be at lowest level stage in planning.

Even without this news, I am very sure coup planning/staging is not far from this govt. The way he is rulling, couple with widespread poverty in the land, can cause revolts from the led.

Father is roaring.
Wife barking.
Daughter talking tough.
Son everywhere
Govt of family never happened in the history of Nigeria.

But a coup would not change anything. No matter what we want.

For starters, oil money is still a large chunk of our budget and oil prices are low. So any army government coming in is still going to face issues with low government revenue. And the resultant poverty. So expecting change is not going to make things better

Second, military rule is harsh. It's because army rule ended before the internet blossomed here that most of you don't know the harsh censorship of speech and freedoms that army rule involves. Like now, buhari shut Twitter down. Army rule would go further than that. They can shut this site down and arrest the owner and you can do nothing.

And you think army rule would be nice to people like mmk? Or even your local dissident? Maybe they would be even harsher on boko and militants, but they go be harsh on your secessionist leaders and so forth. Nothing like Biafra or death under army rule

I guarantee that you will cry for democracy within 5 years

Note that it does not mean that tinubu is good o. But army rule will make him look good.

Remember we went through this many times.

If you want better leadership, make we all join or form a party and work for change from within. Army would do a bad job of changing this country

You guys, anyone that disagrees with you apparently must be agbado. You better watch your thinking process, old man. Otherwise, you may call your relative agbado.

I also don't particularly like all our civillian leaders since 1999, they haven't done what needs to be done to make our country great. Including tinubu. So, calling me paid supporter is basically being abusive
