I preferred the Muppets show to the cartoon, and I dare say it was more popular than the cartoon.

I watched both videos with a big smile on my face 🙂🙂

Yeah, the muppet version was originally shown on the NTA from c1986 and well into the 1990s. The cartoon version was briefly shown on the NTA in the 1990s.
