do it online because that is the only one recognised going forward (especially if you would be doing any modifications on NIN data )

Delete the current application you have on the website. When you put in the details for this application when checking your status. You should see option to delete.

Next thing is why do you need the new passport? If it's to travel to Nigeria you can travel with expired passport. Just make sure you already have a renewal application in process so this way you can just do appointment at consulate. Immigration in Nigeria may ask for proof that you have done a renewal when you EXIT Nigeria.

If you need the passport because you're processing a new visa for UK immigration then that's fine as well you can still input your existing passport whilst you apply for a renewal through the consulate in London via appointment.

Sorry for your experience with the otp for the app. It's unusual most ppl get the otp

I did my biometrics on 15th Last month, I want to know if my passport will be out by now. It's approximately 5 weeks and 2 days since I did my bio..

Good afternoon house, I need help as I'm about to apply for my passport. I intend to DIY.
However I don't understand the part where I'm supposed to get declaration for a high court when I have a birth certificate that my parents gave me from the local government.

Please help.... Should I apply for another birth certificate?? Or should I use the birth certificate I have with me. And if I'm to get the age declaration how do I go about it..

went for collection today and it was available. I already collected my Passport.

I have been trying all day, to upload my photo for renewal of my international passport on the NIS portal. It comes up with all sorts of 'ICAO compliance issues' messages which are not vey clear. Can someone please help me with instructions or workaround to resolve this. Its been very frustrating, Tbh.

Successfully booked a date and did the biometric capture yesterday at calabar immigration center. I was in and out in about 30mins
