No sir. It has not been challenged. What FG did was to institute fresh charges. Fictitious and silly charges.

Even the SC scolded the FG for the rendition/kidnap. They only said it shouldn't stop the trial.

But it only shows the SC is corrupt because they are simply dancing to the tune of the rougues in government.

By population number, India has more people living in poverty than Nigeria but by percentage, Nigeria has more. Both countries are battling heavily with poverty.
