Well, I wish they could state what constitutes that "healthy diet" so that we can have a good idea of how real and factual the data is.

One should expect the Northern states to be the least expensive, however you will be surprised at the statistics of those who eats healthy foods. I bet you, the North will still come the least even with how cheap healthy food is. That's to tell you that the poverty index in the North is at its A-game.

I remember when northerners under Buhari were encouraging us to eat 101 that comprised of Corn and wheat, some where even asking "Must you eat egg", forgetting that egg and beans are the cheapest source of protein which is needed to replenish the muscle we use for our daily activities.

Na that day I wash hand comot for Nigerians matter. Nigerians would support every form of evil as long as na their brother dey in power

Generally, almost everything is cheap in Nigeria. And with an effective wages and services upward valuation and restructuring, and goods and services price regulatory implementation, majority of the masses will start to appreciate the goodness that abound.

1-2x quality meal is enough even! That’s less than $3 for a single man and $6 for a family but then the minimum wage of $40-45 still ain’t enough we really need to boost citizens disposable income

Which means the minimum wage can get you say about 40 such meals. Meaning you eat a healthy meal twice a day for just ten days a month and the rest of the month just one healthy meal. That is if you spend your entire wage on food.

The Permanent Secretary, Office of Drainage Services and Water Resources in Lagos State, Mahmood Adegbite, has said that people drilling borehole in the Lekki axis of the state is probably drinking ‘’shit water.”

i stay at Oyo State, I spents more than dat per day! Our pot soup is 12-16k, it finished within 2days, or one half day!
