I agree my point is based on assumption because I'm not privy to what goes on inside the boardroom. The board might have been sceptical about how Edu is spending the funds and decided to ne cautious. When you look at this from business POV, you'll understand.

Those signings were OK but only handled a part of the squad requirement.

It's like giving me rice and tomato but no meat or fish.

This season we signed eight players. That's how to invest. If we had done this last season or the one before we probably would have been winners.

he's so good bro. Even Arteta knows he's too good to be on the bench, and the chance he got he reminded everyone why he was a break out star last season. Having him and Calafiori as our lb is so refreshing. He just need to be more cautious of his tackling to avoid cards.
