Two of my soldier friends who fought alongside this guy once told me stories of how rugged he was. How even his father pleaded that he be withdrawn from the war front , but he persisted. He was even wounded by gunfire during an ambush by Boko Haram - Perhaps then you weren't born.

Do your research well. He was wounded few years back in battle. Even the father requested he should be dumped where other wounded Nigerian soldiers are dumped instead of any preferential treatment. Yes, his father was a General but he got no preferential treatment and he has lived a life out of publicity.

That man you're referring to has been extensively engaged in battles , counter insurgency operations and has led numerous operations in Nigeria to the extent that he was shot.

You are ignorant! Ranting rubbish! If you had read the article very well u will see where they wrote combat experience. Adebayo commanded a battalion and was in the war front were he sustained bullet injuries that nearly took his life. He is one of the generals that had connections to be in d office and be promoted but he chose the hard part of combat.

Some of you don't follow any news, your only interest is usually comedy skits and leaks.

If not, you would have know that this newly promoted Brig. Gen. Obasajo, has been at the war front in Bornu and a couple of years ago he was injured, but returned back to the front immediately after discharge.
