Don't give birth to kids and raise them into monsters in the name of gentle parenting I entered vehicle with this mom and her 2 kids the older child 7 years old touches my boobs the first time I dismissed it thinking it was a mistake.

If this case eventually gets to court, how will the senseless lady stand before a judge and justify her cruelty against a minor and her senseless actions. If her own parents trained her well she'll know that a 7 year old is a minor and minors can't be punished under the law.

The child repeatedly touched the woman inappropriately under the observation of his mother, with no detterence from the mother rather, rationalization.

Where system works, children services would have the boy taken away ftom the mother and placed in care while exploring issues beneath the sexualized behaviour being exhibited.

For a 7 year old, the law does not recognize intent or criminal understanding at that age. The child is considered incapable of forming a criminal mind (mens rea).
the child cannot be arrested, charged or prosecuted...
The law focuses on correction like counseling the child and parents on the importance of good behavior. No judge will send a 7 year old boy to prison for touching a woman inappropriately.

But everything changes the moment that lady assaults and beats the boy in retaliation.
The adult bitter senseless lady now becomes the offender . She will be legally charged for child abuse and assault, since the child is legally a minor and protected by law.
