Enskynelson:Hello please I need help regarding direct entry into NOUN. I have OND in Business Studies (Lower credit) My preferred course of study is Criminology and Security studies. Please any chance? I can see Lower credit as the minimum requirement.

| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 6:10pm On Oct 27, 2025 |
CyberSecure:Since OND Business Studies is not listed directly, you have to visit your prefer study Centre to see your qualifications since they will be the one to verify you. |

I made an enquiry about Masters project and didn't get any feedback or reply. I registered for this current semester which is my last with my Project payment; I have submitted it at my study Centre since early September but still no reply on if my Project proposal has been approved. My questions are; 1. This semester has ended, would I be asked to make another payment? 2. How long does it take to approve project topics? 3. What's the duration for writing projects? |

| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 5:37pm On Oct 30, 2025 |
Apination:Please do a follow up at the Study Centre. 1. You wont be required to make further payment even if it is next 5 years you complete the project (I heard you saying God forbid and I am with you on that). 2. It depends. Some is even automatic especially maylny undergraduate programs 3. Duration is at your own pace, whenever you finish. |

Enskynelson:Hello I got admission some weeks back, i registered courses for the semester but unfortunately didn't meet up with registering them for exam. My question: would next semester for me be 2nd semester courses or would it still be first semester since I only registered the courses but i didn't sit for the exam? |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 9:19pm On Oct 31, 2025 |
Kingju:If you are an undergraduate student, please login and proceed with exams registration. But note that exams begin in November. If however you are not an Undergraduate student or you are not ready for the exams: 1. You will still pay semester registration fee by next semester 2. You wont pay course registration fees 3. You will proceed with exams registration after 1 above. 4. You will be starting your first semester by next semester and not second semester 5. Your semester registration fees will be lost (partly) since you will be required to do same by next semester before you can proceed with any registration |

Enskynelson:Okay, thank you. But please, can I write exam without attending lectures and doing tma since that one is still closed |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 12:12am On Nov 01, 2025 |
Kingju:TMAs are still opened. Where are you getting your info from? There are no lectures but online facilitation. Facilitation is not compulsory for you to be there. Studying your course materials is what is the major thing is preparing for the exams. |

Please can you guide me on how to access my TMA because I've tried accessing Elearn to get materials but I cant login. I tried using my mat number as username and password, it still won't login. Is there a way for me to get the login. The materials I'm reading now, i got them from online google search |

Enskynelson:Hi! I'm a National Open University student, 100lv. I have completed my first semester, but for many reasons I haven't been able to register my courses for this semester. 🫠 It's already so late to study and complete my TMAs. Will it be possible to put it off? Till next year, while others are in the second year. Thanks! |
| Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 6:21pm On Nov 02, 2025 |
Cybertroll:Yes, you can pause. You dont have to do anything officially. By next semester, you can proceed with your second semester 100L while some of those your mates will be in their first semester 200L. |
